The supervising appraiser in this office is Janie Currey who earned her SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute August 9, 1990. She also earned a Master of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Redlands.  She started Canyon Appraisal Services in 1987 and has continued to manage and direct it's services.  She is licensed as a certified appraiser by the state of California and a Real Estate Broker.  A complete list of Professional Qualifications for her and the other appraisers on staff is available upon request. 

We provide appraisals for a variety of processes such as mortgage acquisition, relocation of employees, management of portfolios, planning or valuation of estates, and expert witness testimony on residential property issues.

Our staff serves the western area of Riverside county in California.  Reaching to the vineyards of Temecula and Murrieta valley, ranches of Wildomar, even to the Historical homes along Lake Elsinore and the Ortega Mountains.  We have watched the growth of Sun City, senior housing of Hemet, and new homes built along the 215 - 15 freeway corridors expanding Corona, Perris, Moreno Valley and Menifee.
